Outreach and Mission
Haitian Migrant Ministry
Our Haitian migrant ministry works with a local fruit farmworkers
camp of Haitians from August - October.
Habitiat for Humanity
Our Adams County Habitat for Humanity involvement enables area low
income families to purchase their own homes even though their income
is too low to qualify for a conventional bank loan.
Head Start
Our church facility houses a weekly Head Start program for 18 -
20 preschool children
Soup Kitchen
The Gettysburg Soup Kitchen is housed in our Fellowship Hall weekdays
during the summer months.
Carpenter's Gift
Carpenter's Gift is our annual venture in which church members spend
a Saturday together repairing and fixing up the home of an area
low income homeowner.
Mission Bright Star
Our Mission Bright Star purchases Christmas gifts for the children
of inmates at Adams County Prison and holds a Christmas party for
the children in which they hear the message of God's love for them
